SUBSTANCE: device additionally has serially connected block for determining address of corrected symbol and second block for error correction, output of which is output of device, also, output of first errors correction block is connected to second input of second error correction block, n outputs of splitter are connected respectively to n inputs of block for determining address of corrected symbol, signal input of which is connected to input of splitter, (n-1) outputs of which are connected respectively to (n-1) inputs of error decoder, while inputs Coefficient of shift register, splitter and address determination block of corrected symbol are connected and form an input of primary setting of device, inputs R of shift register, splitter and block for determining address of corrected symbol are joined and are a controlling input of device.

EFFECT: improved decryption speed and increased resistance to interference of transmitted information due to increase of number of corrected symbols in cyclic (n,k) Hamming code.
