FIELD: hydromechanical drives for flying vehicle control systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is applied for drives working from two hydraulic systems and provided with inlet and outlet members. Distributing beads and ports are matched by motion of main spool valves of hydraulic distributors relative to duplicating spool valves. Dead zones from main spool valves are measured in turn during operation from each hydraulic system and position of their centers is determined. Then, during operation of one hydraulic system center of dead zone of its spool valve is matched with center of dead zone of main spool valve of other hydraulic system. Then inlet member of drive is secured in mid-position and quality of matching of dead zone centers of main spool valves is estimated by absence of motion of outlet member. In case of motion of outlet member, said procedure of matching dead zone center is performed additionally.
EFFECT: improved quality of two-chamber hydromechanical drives due to avoidance of relative loading of pistons and chambers of hydraulic motor.
