FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: composite material suitable for being used in mechanical engineering for manufacturing tribotechnical coatings in friction units, including those operated under abrasive media conditions with grease and with no external lubricant supplied, is made up of polyamide matrix and filler (0.05 to 10.0%). The former is thermomechanically matched mixture of polyamide 6, polyolefin, and styrene/acrylonitrile copolymer taken at ratio between 1:0.1:0.1 and 1:0.01;0.01 and the latter a mixture of carbon-containing components and inorganic or organic modifiers taken at ratio between 1:1 and 1:0.1.
EFFECT: enhanced resistance of coatings to abrasive action and atmospheric factors, and enabled applying coatings onto metallic objects using high-technology flame spraying technique.
