FIELD: sandwich-panels adapted to construct fences, heat-insulation and nonbearing structures of buildings, as well as roof coatings.
SUBSTANCE: sandwich panel comprises two surface metal layers and central part formed of rock-wool pieces, which constitute longitudinal strips so that longitudinal rock-wool piece axes are in parallel to longitudinal panel axis. Fibers in rock-wool pieces are transversal to the surface layers, rock-wool piece ends are offset one relative another. Foamed polystyrene strips are additionally inserted between rock-wool strips so that longitudinal foamed polystyrene strip axes are parallel to longitudinal panel axes. Extreme strips of the panel are composed of rock-wool pieces. Foamed polystyrene strip width is 1.25 of that of rock-wool piece. Above pieces are offset one relative another in longitudinal direction and imaginary lines crossing ends of adjacent panel pieces pass through points one of which is on central axis of the panel. Another point is located in end of piece forming extreme strip so that 50-130° inner angle is created in-between.
EFFECT: increased strength and fire-resistance, reduced panel weight and cost.
