FIELD: the invention refers to the field of apartments' ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: air distributor has a body fulfilled in the shape of a diffuser with outlet openings at its exit, attached to airway with the aid of cylindrical inlet socket, on the surface of the last ejecting windows are fulfilled, a convergent insertion , installed in the inlet socket, fulfilled in the bottom of the body coaxially located to it a round opening above which also coaxially a round plate is placed with diameter larger than the diameter of the round opening. It has radially located slit-like openings. At that the outlet openings are formed between edges of the bottom of the body and round plates fixed on the borders of the bottom with ribs, number and location of which exactly corresponds with number and location of slit-like openings through which the upper edges of the ribs pass freely. A rack is fixed in the center of the round plate under direct angle, its upper end is fulfilled smooth and freely passes through the opening of muff located coaxially with the body and fixed with the rods to the surface of the body. At that rack's cogs are in cohesion with cog-wheel the axle of which is taken out beyond the body and fastened to the shaft of actuating mechanism to which a regulator of air consumption connected with sensor of air consumption is switched on, and inside the inlet socket coaxially with it a hollow open cylinder is placed at minimal distance from inner surface of inlet socket having possibility to travel along ejecting windows till their full covering or opening and two mutually perpendicular rods are fixed to the lower edge of the cylinder according to the diameters, a second rack is fixed to the rods' crossing point, its lower end is fulfilled and freely passes through the muff coaxially fixed with the rods to the surface of the inlet socket. At that the rack is in cohesion with cog-wheel the axle of which is fulfilled beyond the limits of the inlet socket and fastened with the shaft of the second actuating mechanism to which a regulator of temperature connected with the sensor of temperature is switched on. At that the both actuating mechanisms are installed on brackets fixed to a clamp installed and fastened on the inlet socket.

EFFECT: increases intensity of fading of the speed of air flow and possibility to regulate in autonomous regime the temperature fall between the blowing air and apartments' air.
