FIELD: railway signaling and communication.

SUBSTANCE: proposed switch electric drive contains motor. It is coupled with switch points adjoining guide rails. Electric switch control unit is connected to command recording elements and power interlocking devices. Supply sources of control and operating circuits of switch electric drive are provided. Proposed device is furnished also with two additional motors connected in parallel with motor of switch electric drive for simultaneous supply of all motors when throwing over the switch. Moreover, device includes two wire brushes, each being connected through reduction gear and clutch with corresponding additional motor and placed between corresponding guide rail and adjoining point.

EFFECT: improved reliability of cleaning device at considerable saving of power and reduced labor input.
