FIELD: the invention may be used in gas, oil and other fields of industry.

SUBSTANCE: it is designed for dosed supply of gas or liquid flow with neutral, highly explosive or toxic additions(for example, odorization of gas). The invention is directed on expanding of possibilities of actuating mechanism by way of using a source of pressure and also on increasing of ecological compatibility. It is provided due to the fact that the dosing device has an actuating mechanism and a dosing head consisting of a body, an elastic separating diaphragm with a restrictor valve fixed on it and two chambers: a working chamber with a partition and a built-in restrictor valve seat, with a sucking valve and pressure valves and dosing chamber with an inlet connecting pipe and a regulating arrangement interacting with the restrictor valve is a discriminator by the fact that the restrictor valve is represented in the shape of a support provided with a recoil spring. It is fixed on the elastic separating diaphragm and is interacting with one butt-end with a regulating arrangement and with the second - with the partition. At that the partition is provided with down flow openings and the actuating mechanism is fulfilled in the shape of a controlled switching valve of supply and disposal of surplus relatively to dosing medium of gas or liquid into dosing chamber. At that the elastic separating diaphragm is limited in the working chamber with supporting surface with a bevel angle. Providing its motion till contact of the support with the partition.
