FIELD: equipment for crushing of ore and other similar materials.
SUBSTANCE: conical crusher has base, immovable and movable crushing cones, casing of immovable cone, mechanism adapted for regulating size of discharge slot and including hydraulic cylinder system, retainer adapted for keeping immovable crushing cone in horizontal position and made in the form of wedge-shaped sectors arranged between base and casing of immovable cone. Discharge slot regulation mechanism is equipped with thrust studs located in flange of immovable cone casing and designed for cooperation with top part of base. Hydraulic cylinders act upon lower base of flange of immovable cone casing and wedge-shaped sectors of retainer for immovable crushing cone are biased by means of packet of plate-shaped springs.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation of conical crusher, simplified construction and reduced manufacture costs.
