FIELD: charging devices designed for charging of molding cells, for piling of preliminarily laid layer (consisting of carrier material with a high grain effect), additional layer of powder material in the form, in general, of material of a finer milling and of a higher quality intended for formation of the tile decorative face surface.
SUBSTANCE: the layer of powder materials carrying the patterns is lid on the bearing surface of the belt conveyer, the conveyer belt is inserted between the lower half-mould and the upper half-mould above the cell positioned in the lower half-mould, the layer of powder materials is charged in the cell by quick withdrawal of the belt conveyer. The discharging end of the belt conveyer is withdrawn without relative haulage between the fixed surface and the lower part of the layer of powder materials by translational motion in the direction parallel with the fixed surface.
EFFECT: the speed of the haulage (withdrawal) of the conveyer belt becomes equal to and opposite in direction of the speed of motion of the belt carrying the powder materials.
