FIELD: labeling equipment, particularly to apply labels on bottles filled with wine, strong or soft drinks and on aquariums.
SUBSTANCE: method is used to apply holographic label having holographic layer and substrate to vessel surface formed at least partly of transparent material. Method involves covering rear label surface with glue and adhering substrate with holographic layer to rear label surface, wherein holographic layer has width and/or length less than that of label; using projecting label edges to connect label to vessel surface so that holographic layer faces the vessel.
EFFECT: possibility to create holographic image inside vessel, prevention of hologram damage and elimination of label falsification.
