FIELD: railway transport; testing facilities.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method, kinematic and dynamic characteristics of movement of running gear are measured and presented in form of arrays of instantaneous values of overloads acting at this moment of time or on said section of track. Values of overloads are integrated, and average speed of running gear is determined and basing on obtained result, normalized criterion is found being integral value of overload for the same limits of integration. By comparing received criterion with reference one, dynamic qualities of object of observation are evaluated.
EFFECT: provision of on-line recording of comparative dynamic qualities of railway vehicle.
