FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes generation of first-polarity voltage for first half-cycle and second reverse-polarity voltage for second half-cycle; RMS value of voltage generated during first half-cycle is equalized with desired reference value;; it also includes measurement and storage of mean value of voltage produced during first half-cycle, and voltage whose mean value equals stored one generated during preceding first half-cycle is produced during second half-cycle. Current voltage proportional to magnetizing emf of transformer core which is picked off separate measuring winding of power transformer loaded into active resistance is used for measuring RMS and mean values of voltages.
EFFECT: ability of preventing single-ended saturation of inverter power transformer causing current and voltage asymmetry; simplified design.
