FIELD: liquid fuel production processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-temperature process for producing fuel fractions, which can be used in natural and petroleum-origin gas condensate processing. Process of producing fuel fractions from gas condensate comprises heating gas condensate in pipe heater to 320°C and separating it on rectification column followed by discharge of fuel fractions and residue. In this process, stripping column distillate is returned into rectification column while excess heat is abstracted by means of intermediate circulating reflux in rectification column. Depending on plant operation conditions, gas condensate is heated with steam to temperature between 140 and 180°C and then separated on rectification and stripping columns into fuel fractions and stripped product. Vapors of the latter are mixed with gasoline fraction vapors of rectification column top distillate. Mixture is condensed and a part of gasoline mixture stream is routed as sharp reflux to top part of rectification column, whereas remaining part is routed to compounding unit in order to compound with antiknock agents. Part of rectification column residue (fuel oil fraction) is heated in steam drum and fed into still of rectification column in amounts determined by rectification column heat balance formula. Temperature of rectification column still is kept by 20°C higher than temperature of evaporation section of the column.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of gas condensate separation into desired fractions due to low-temperature processing method according to communicating vessels technology.
