SUBSTANCE: device comprises unit for heating and cooking that is provided with exhaust hood mounted on pillars. The burner of the unit is mounted above the bottom edge of the hood. The pillars are provided with grooves that receive pins secured to the walls of the unit housing. The pillars are secured to the base of the unit. The hood is made of a truncated pyramid whose outer surface is finned. One of the sides of the pyramid has a pivot mounted in the vicinity of the top base. A cylindrical heat exchanger is mounted at the outlet of the hood. The area of the cross-section of the heat exchanger is larger than that of the outlet opening of the hood. The outlet of the heat exchanger is connected with the exhaust pipe.
