FIELD: antenna assemblies and their fastening units.
SUBSTANCE: proposed fastening unit has U-shaped clip designed for attaching antenna boom to mast, as well as clip and hold-down cleat allowing for boom displacement along mast; antenna boom has holes with dielectric guides to pass clip; newly introduced in unit are inserts made of tube with plugs. Inserts are provided with holes whose diameter on end where they are in contact with boom is greater than on mast end.
EFFECT: simplified design, enlarged functional capabilities, enhanced reliability.
