FIELD: radio engineering, possible use for processing radio signals when measuring frequency.

SUBSTANCE: detecting method includes simultaneous processing in two channels of input frequency-modulated oscillation, in one of which signal is differentiated, and in another one - integrated, the, using relation of voltage at output of differentiating channel to voltage at output of integrating channel and having performed inverting procedure, voltage is received, value of which is proportional to square frequency of input frequency-modulated oscillation. After realization of linearization operation - taking square root - voltage is received, value of which is proportional to frequency of input frequency-modulated oscillation.

EFFECT: improved precision.
