SUBSTANCE: method involves treating biologically active points with alternating pulsating current and placing drug on wound surface. Acting current has frequency of 30 Hz and intensity of 50 mcA. The following treatment routine is applied: +28 s/-4 s with cycle number equal to 2 during the first-third day, 32 s x 2=64 s; +4 s/-4 s with cycle number equal to 2 during the fourth-fifth day, 8 s x 2=16 s; +28 s/-4 s with cycle number equal to 2 during the sixth-tenth day, 32 s x 2=64 s, where time in seconds on active electrode is +/, and is - on the passive one. Biologically active points like V 2, IG 2, V 4, IG 5, F 13, R 5, IG 17 are selected. Traumehl ointment is applied as the drug. Echinacea compositum solution is additionally introduced in the amount of 1 ml at the first day; 2 ml at the second and third day; 4 ml at the fourth and fifth day; the sixth and seventh day are omitted; 4 ml at the eighth day, 2 ml at the ninth day; 1 ml at the tenth day. Traumehl solution is intramuscularly introduced at a dose of 5 ml once a day. Treatment with alternating pulsating current is applied by means of multi-functional apparatus for carrying out electroreflexogenic therapy.
