SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials for flattening concrete and plastered surfaces designed to be dyed with glue, silicate, and in-water dispersed paints. Sealing paste containing mineral binder, filler, additives, and water (56.4-60.4%) is characterized by that additives are a special additive S-3 (0.06-0.07%) and aluminum sulfate (1.58-2.07%), filler is diatomite fired at 500°C (24.4-32.84%), and mineral binder is lime powder obtained by slaking CaO (7.61-14.57%) in presence of S-3.

EFFECT: reduced drying time.
