FIELD: aviation, particularly to provide aircraft flight safety, namely landing stages for planes, gliders and helicopters arranged on ground or on ship deck.

SUBSTANCE: landing stage is provided with artificial coating formed as a number of three-dimensional foam-rubber members having thicknesses of 0.1-2 m, transversal dimensions of 0.1-2 m and longitudinal dimensions of 0.1-3 m. Some members have apparent density of 10-200 kg/m³. Artificial coating surface is provided with information concerning coating purpose.

EFFECT: reduced load applied to aircraft structure and people during aircraft emergency landing, increased fire safety during burning aircraft landing due to possibility of foam-rubber coating impregnation with water, reduced time and increased airdrop height.
