FIELD: oil production, particularly for secondary production bed penetration.
SUBSTANCE: perforator comprises power unit comprising main and auxiliary power cylinders having pistons connected one to another by hollow shafts. Perforator also has filter with valve, cutting unit with sliding crush roller and deflecting wedge formed as single unit with sliding support. Intermediate power cylinder piston is installed between rod and filter and is located between main power cylinder and auxiliary power cylinder divided by hydraulic spacer. Filter valve is made as differential check valve and has cavity shaped as truncated cone with lesser base facing upwards. Sealing ring having inner diameter less than valve throat is installed in the lesser base. Filter has upper and lower threads to connect thereof with auxiliary power cylinder piston and main power cylinder piston in area of free-fall shutoff ball seat installation. Sliding support of cutting perforator unit is provided with removable plate brought into contact with inner wall of casing pipe in working position.
EFFECT: increased service life of perforator working in abrasive environment.
