FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tool comprises actuator with working member. The actuator comprises hydraulic double-action cylinder, return spring, two levers connected through a threaded axle, and base cantilever and is made for permitting rotation of the working member around the axis of the hydraulic cylinder. The actuator is connected with the floor command apparatus through the two-positioned handle and hose. The apparatus comprises tank for fluid, pressure gauge, and command hydraulic cylinder with the drive made of lever and pedal mounted on a single axle. The tool additionally has a system for signalizing the readiness to implement the working cycle. The working member of the actuator can be removable and made of locking clamps, shears, cutting pliers, grip, flat pliers.
