FIELD: technology of nonalcoholic industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing grape juice-base radioprotective beverage involves squeezing out grape to obtain juice and husks. Husks are poured with water, extracted and kept for providing hydrolysis with native acids. Extract is separated from a solid phase and concentrated up to the content of dry matters about 14% by mass and blended with grape juice. Then an aqueous extract prepared preliminary from wild rose fruits and hibiscus flowers taken in the mass ratio about 13:7 with the content of dry matters about 2% by mass is added to the blend. Invention provides preparing a beverage showing taste corresponding to grape strain used and possessing gently astringent taste with the presence of honey tint in its aroma.
EFFECT: improved producing method of beverage.
