THERMAL FIRE ALARM Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC G08B17/06

Abstract RU 2275687 C2

FIELD: fire signaling equipment engineering, in particular, engineering of thermal fire alarms, possible use for detecting fire by increase in temperature of environment in place where alarm is mounted.

SUBSTANCE: fire alarm uses three thermo-sensitive elements, made on thermo-resistors, which have varying constant of time needed for change for resistance during change of temperature (thermal inertia).

EFFECT: stabilization of inertia process, achieved due to adaptation of activation temperature during slow change of environment temperature in absence of fire.
