FIELD: fishery, in particular, method which may be used in fish rearing and reproduction enterprises.
SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnation of spawn, incubation for producing of embryos and larvae and treating thereof with biologically active substances. Treatment of larvae is carried out upon transition to outer feeding. Before impregnation, aqueous solution of potassium chloride with concentration of 0.30-0.45% is introduced into sperm, which is mixed and after holding for 3-5 min directed for spawn impregnation. Biologically active complex based on green algae Chlorella Vulgaris is utilized as biologically active substance. Embryos are treated at 2-blastomere stage for 50-60 min.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in impregnation, increased survival rate of embryos and fish larvae.
