FIELD: the invention refers to universal arrangements for fulfillment of special works first of all in storehouses for storing ammunition and other material valuables.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement provides: fastening of grounds, generating counter fire and polymer foam; manufacturing of foamed heat-insulating and protecting materials and special camouflage covers of given painting. The installation's principle is based on augmentation of initial volume of foam making solution due to making foam with the aid of compressed air, mixing of received foam with beforehand painted hardener and following bringing of a quantity of the working solution(mixture of a hardener and foam) on the surface of an object. The foam can be received by two modes: bubbling and with the aid of a tube for foaming. The installation can work in automatic and manual regimes.

EFFECT: creation of an installation for execution of a mode of explosive-fire prophylaxis in storehouses for storing ammunition with simultaneous expansion of its functional possibilities, provision of its compactness and possibility of its usage for fulfillment of a number of special works on technique and in storehouses for storing material valuables, reliable receiving of water-air and hardening polymer foam, given colorful painting and bringing covers on the surface of objects.
