FIELD: oil-processing industry; reactors of the oil thermal cracking and viscosity breaking.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of oil-processing industry and may be used in oil processing and concerns to the reactors used for the thermal cracking and the viscosity breaking. The reactor contains: the housing with the interior pipe; in the lower part of the housing there is the steam manifold, which has been made in the form of the truncated cone, the lateral face and the lower base of which are perforated. On the lateral surface of the steam manifold along screw line there is the stream-forming tool made in the form of the curvilinear blades. The invention allows to enhance effect of torsion of the reaction mass and to reduce the coking up of the stream-forming tool and the internal cavity of the reactor.
