FIELD: building, particularly flooring units, namely fixing means for flooring strips connection one to another and flooring strips provided with above fixing means.
SUBSTANCE: flooring strip and fixing system comprises groove undercut in one long side of flooring strip and extension formed on opposite side thereof. The groove have inner fixing surface facing upwards and spaced from groove edge. The extension and the groove may be engaged by bringing the flooring strips into close contact one with another.
EFFECT: increased reliability of flooring strips connection.
