FIELD: electrical and electromechanical engineering; three-phase induction and synchronous machines.
SUBSTANCE: in order to improve composition of harmonic magnetomotive forces and to reduce differential dissipation σd of symmetrical m' = three-circuit fractional-slot (q = b + 0.5) winding, the latter is provided with 2p = 4c pole pairs and has 6c coil groups placed in z = 6cq slots; b + 1 are odd-numbered coil groups and b are even-numbered ones with average pitch of concentric coils yc ≈ z/2pc at integer number c = 1, 2, 3, ... and coil number 2wc in each slot, and coils numbered i = 1...(b + 1), i' = 1 ...b in group starting from external one. Three alternatives of winding are proposed for different above-mentioned parameters of z, yc, q, b, c, i, i' and also for different parameters of x included in expression (1 - x) • wc that governs turn number in coil groups.
EFFECT: improved magnetomotive force of proposed electrical machine winding.
