FIELD: agriculture, in particular, biological recultivation for recovering of disturbed lands and strengthening dusting surfaces of tailing dumps etc.

SUBSTANCE: artificial soil contains biologically active substance, organic mud, moisture retaining gelling substance, and water. Soil additionally contains powdered calcined aluminum and calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)₂. Carboxymethyl cellulose is used as gelling substance and ground flour-milling industry wastes are used as biologically active substances. Components are used in the following weight ratio, wt%: Ca(OH)₂ 5.5-6.5; powdered aluminum 1.0-1.3; ground flour-milling industry wastes 17-22; carboxymethyl cellulose 1.6-2.0; organic mud 1.8-1.2; water the balance.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in controlling of water and wind erosion of soil, provision for creating fertile soil layer both in existing and newly created bulk massifs, and reduced consumption of soil forming components.
