SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with introducing green manure as organic fertilizer, and biopreparations. As organic fertilizer one should apply solid fraction of Chlorella Vulgaris alga obtained due to two-fold freezing and defrosting the biomass isolated out of suspension after alga cultivation, separating cell juice after repeated biomass defrosting, drying under natural conditions and reducing. As biopreparations it is necessary to apply liquid fraction being cell juice combined with liquid fraction remained after isolating alga biomass out of suspension. Green manure and solid fraction should be introduced into the soil in the autumn before ploughing, and liquid fraction - in the spring during pre-sowing cultivation at the quantity of 100-200 l/he. Solid fraction of Chlorella Vulgaris alga should be applied at the quantity of 5 kg/he. The innovation provides increased productivity of agricultural varieties and enables to obtain ecologically safe production.
