FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic positive-displacement drive comprises pump station that is composed of high pressure pump (1) and make-up pump (2) and hydraulic motors (7) and (8). The hydraulic motors are connected with the pump station through main pipelines (5) and (6) that define the hydraulic circuit. Hydraulic lines (5) and (6) are interconnected via by-pass hydraulic lines (21) and (22) that receive relief valves (23) and (24). The hydraulic line, which is in communication with hydraulic line (5), is mounted from one side of the valving member of valve (23). Line (25) connected with hydraulic line (5) through throttle (26) and with drain hydraulic line (28) through check valve 27 is mounted from the other side of the valving member. Hydraulic line connected with hydraulic line (6) is mounted from one side of the valving member of valve (24). Hydraulic line 29, which is connected with hydraulic line (6) through throttle (30) and drain hydraulic line (28) through the check valve (31), is mounted from the opposite side of the valving member. Hydraulic line (28) receives two-positioned four-line pilot valve (32) controlled by electrical means. In its one position, it communicates hydraulic line (28) with pressure gauge (34), and in its other position it communicates hydraulic line (28) and gauge (34) with drain hydraulic line (19).
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and expanded functional capabilities.
