FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has external envelope, at least one heat insulation material layer, heating element fabricated from electric conducting fibers, temperature regulator having power supply source, unit for measuring temperature having digital output, unit for calculating temperature mismatch having setting unit and switchboard connected with its input to power supply source. Unit for restricting temperature change rate designed as regression register and timer is additionally available. Its output is connected to unit for calculating temperature change rate restrictions having setting unit and pulse duration modulation signal shapers, and backward supervision which outputs are connected to the switchboard via logical AND-gate and the inputs are connected to the units for calculating temperature mismatch and temperature change rate restrictions. Regression register input is connected to pulse duration modulation shaper of direct control signal.

EFFECT: higher patient safety and device operation reliability.
