FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed packing system has container with closed bottom and open top housing sealed by detachable cover. Housing encloses perimeter between closed bottom and sealed top and limits inner volume. Continuous projection is made over perimeter of said housing near said top forming rib outside the housing. Cover is hermetically secured on said projection. Cover is provided additionally with one-way valve. Container is furnished with flexible outer cover with convex section. Proposed invention relates also to method of packing of coffee and products.
EFFECT: provision of package for coffee featuring small weight and keeping coffee fresh and aromatic, facilitated opening with separated seal and press-off cover.
