Abstract RU 2278371 C1

FIELD: environment protection.

SUBSTANCE: optical gas analyzer has frequency tunable laser provided with device for introducing optical radiation into single-fiber optical line, measuring cell and electro-optical converter with signal registration device. Optical circuit of measuring cell has concave spherical or parabolic mirror which is optically conjugated with output (input) edge of single-fiber in such a way that mentioned edge and its image coincide completely. Separation of optical radiation translated by single-fiber to measuring cell and backward to electro-optic converter is carried out by means of thin flat-parallel plate mounted at angle being larger than critical angle for total reflection. Volumetric concentration of any component of gas mixture which fills space of measuring cell can be measured.

EFFECT: improved precision of measurement; explosion safety.
