FIELD: engineering of controlling or warning devices, mounted along movement routes of locomotives or trains and controlling movement of trains.

SUBSTANCE: to create five colors of traffic light radiation, one source of variable voltage is utilized. Generation of way for passage of electric current through light diode circuits is performed by means of rectifying diodes and appropriate connection of contacts of branch boxes of signal relays. In comparison to known traffic lights, additionally provided are contact groups of first, second and third signal relays, two light diode circuits and three rectifying diodes. Device prevents power losses because of absence of active resistors and, simultaneously with that, it is possible to make a traffic light with give possible indications - of green, red, blue, yellow and white colors in one optical light-emitting set, instead of five, as it is in existing lens sets. Indications of traffic light are controlled by only two conductors from controlling circuit.

EFFECT: decrease cost of traffic light, decreased operation costs.
