FIELD: production of technological lubricants; production of lubricants for plastic metal working of stainless steels and difficultly deformable steels.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes separation of fat mass from drains of meat-packing plants by reactless floatation method, dehydration of fat mass under vacuum and heat treatment of dehydrated fat mass; heat treatment stage is combined with treatment of dehydrated fat mass with powder sulfur. Sulfur is introduced in the amount of 2-6% of mass of fat component. Heat treatment and treatment of dehydrated fat mass by powder sulfur is performed at atmospheric pressure and temperature of 150-200°C continued for 1-2 h.
EFFECT: extended range of production of sulfured lubricants; enhanced anti-friction properties; enhanced stability of pipe drawing without under-lubricant coats.
