FIELD: pipe line fittings for technological lines of gas condensate fields.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit is provided with shut-off member performing sliding motion along seat surface between inlet and outlet passages and swivel shut-off member; proposed unit is used for control of rate of gas flow and automatic shutting-off of pipe line in case of emergency rise or drop of pressure inside it. Proposed unit has body with inlet and outlet holes and straight-way passage, flat gate with sealing surfaces and hole. Gate is connected with drive by means of rod. Swivel shut-off member is made in form of damper fitted on gate and connected with locking mechanism. Sensitive element is mounted on body in parallel with drive; it is made in form of spring-loaded rod with projection at the end. Locking mechanism is made in form of two stops. One stop is mounted on damper perpendicularly relative to it. Spring-loaded rod is provided with upper and lower pistons. Lower piston is located on side of projection behind lower part of rod, thus forming two chambers in sensitive element body: lower under-piston chamber connected with atmosphere and upper above-piston chamber connected with straight-way passage. Area of end face of lower piston of above-piston chamber is equal to cross-sectional area of lower part of rod. Upper piston is located on side of spring before upper part of rod, thus forming upper under-piston chamber. Chamber is connected with outlet hole. Rod projection has slot which is perpendicular to straight-way passage. Located in passage is shorter arm of other stop mounted on axle for turning on it. Its longer arm is engageable with stop fitted on damper over entire range of motion of flat gate.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability due to automatic operation of unit according to pressure in outlet hole.
