FIELD: oil-producing industry; other industries; methods and the devices for dispersion of the gas-liquid mixture.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of oil-producing industry, in particular, to the method and the device for dispersion of the gas-liquid. The method and the device also may be used for transportation of the gas-liquid mixture in pipes as the air lift and as the mean for acceleration of the gas-liquid mixture up to the high speeds in the devices using the effect of the jet stream (turbines, propellers, washing and polishing machines, etc.). The gas-liquid stream is accelerated at the supersonic speed in Laval nozzles. As a result of the ejector vacuumization of the cavities, they form the conditions of the instantaneous start of boiling of the liquid phase at breaking its particles into the finer particles and transition of a part of the liquid phase into the gaseous phase. The gas-liquid stream gains the additional kinetic energy, that is very relevant for its transportation or for usage of this energy for performance of the certain operations, which can be used in various fields of engineering. The device contains in series connected Laval nozzles. The technical result of the invention is production of the superfine gas-liquid mixture.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the superfine gas-liquid mixture.
