FIELD: mechanical engineering; welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of multipurpose stand for assembling flat lattice metal structures for welding. Stand is furnished with pan and heaters. Cradles made of fusible alloy are mounted in pan. Heaters are connected with current source and are arranged in base of pan. Bimetallic plates to raise metal structure over hardened fusible alloy and additional heaters connected with current source for heating said bimetallic plates are installed between cradles made of fusible alloy.
EFFECT: increased capacity owing to cutting down time taken for readjustment of stand for assembling articles of different type-sizes.
