SUBSTANCE: shock-absorber comprises hollow housing that is provided with lids and filled with elastomer, rod, movable seal for the rod, and baffle with ports for the rod . The baffle separates the housing space from the shock absorbing chamber arranged in the vicinity of the seal. The baffle port and appropriate section of the rod are step-wise and define a compression chamber. The rod is provided with the passage that connects the shock absorbing chamber, compression chamber, and the space of the hosing. The check valve is mounted in the passage section interposed between the compression chamber and housing space.
