FIELD: mining; mineral dressing by flotation-classification separation of the slime products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mining, in particular, to mineral dressing by flotation-classification separation of the slime products. The invention allows to exercise the three-product reprocessing of the minerals in the wide range of fineness and to reduce the quantity of the processing operations, to reduce metal consumption. The flotation-classification machine contains the vertical chamber with devices for collection of the froth product and the narrowing conical chamber with the bottom outlet adjoining to the first chamber from below, the aerator. The vertical chamber is partitioned by the septums into six. The septums are mounted so, that to ensure the pulp motion in respect to the movement of the gas bubbles in the mode "countercurrent - forward current - countercurrent". The pyramidal chamber is made in the form of the hydraulic classifier divided into three pyramidal settlers made with the angle of the walls inclination ensuring the discharge of the settled large-grained product. Between the outlet of the vertical chamber and the inlet of the conical chamber there is the horizontally fixed aerator consisting of the block-aerators connected by the pipeline and mounted under each section of the vertical chamber. At that the block-aerator consists of the frame with the fixed in it perforated pipes. The feeding pipeline is connected with the withdrawal discharge pipelines arranged in the extreme sections of the vertical chamber. In the upper part of the middle pyramidal settler there is the fixed pulp duct with the discharge pocket for removal of the flotation tailings.

EFFECT: the invention ensures performance of the three-product reprocessing of the minerals in the wide range of fineness, reduction of the number of the processing operations and metal consumption.
