FIELD: drilling rig equipment, particularly racks, ramps, troughs or bins, for holding the lengths of rod singly or connected.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises delivery means and drum connected to the delivery means by means of hydraulic cylinders and rotary levers of the delivery means. The drum is provided with orifices arranged along drum perimeter. The rack also has rotary drum lever coaxial to the drum and drum rotation hydraulic cylinder hinged to rotary lever of delivery means. The first drum fixing hydraulic cylinder is rigidly connected to rotary lever of the drum. The second drum fixing hydraulic cylinder is connected to one rotary lever of the delivery means. The first and the second hydraulic cylinders have shafts, which may cooperate with orifices formed along drum perimeter. Central part of shaft cavity of the first fixing hydraulic cylinder communicates with cavity located downstream of the second fixing hydraulic cylinder piston. Cavity located downstream of the first fixing hydraulic cylinder communicates with central part of shaft cavity defined in the second fixing hydraulic cylinder. Central part of shaft cavity created in drum rotation hydraulic cylinder is connected with central part of cavity located downstream of piston and with central part of shaft cavity provided in the first fixing hydraulic cylinder via check valve. Central part of downstream piston cavity created in drum rotation hydraulic cylinder is communicated with central part of downstream piston cavity and with central part of shaft cavity located in the second fixing hydraulic cylinder via check valve. Central parts of shaft cavities of the first and the second fixing hydraulic cylinders are communicated with discharge and pressure manifolds via hydraulic control means.

EFFECT: increased reliability of rack drum rotation, prevention of device jamming due to provision of drum rotation operation sequence performing and due to impossibility of next drum rotation operation execution without previous one termination.
