FIELD: electrical engineering; manufacture of motor stator assembly.
SUBSTANCE: motor stator assembly has plurality of yokes formed by layers of many steel strips of desired length, many poles inserted between yokes and produced from magnetic material by molding and used to receive winding; each pole has arc-shaped guiding part designed to accumulate magnetic lines of force, winding part connected to guiding part on its rear-end surface and used to receive winding, as well as connecting part at rear surface of winding part connected to respective yoke; novelty is that height and length of winding part are smaller than those of guiding part which prevents winding projection beyond guiding part when it is already placed on winding part and makes it possible to wind wires in several layers; concave depressions are made on outer circumference of winding part to receive winding wires. Method proposed for manufacturing stator assembly ensures reduction in unproductive material loss when stamping yoke plates, does not require additional facility for shielding the winding thereby reducing its winding radius resulting in reduced amount of magnet wire for winding manufacture.
EFFECT: enhanced productivity due to use of magnetic powder material and silicon steel; enhanced efficiency of electrical machine.
