FIELD: determining harmonic-signal dc component in environment of fluctuating noise combined with useful signal within short measurement time.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is based on problem of taking measurements within time interval shorter than, and not a multiple of, harmonic signal cycle without systematic error at a priory unknown phase shift and amplitude of harmonic signal being measured. This problem is solved by proposed method for measuring harmonic-signal dc component that involves shaping of signal integration time interval, integration of signal to be measured and integration of ρ signal, multiplication of measured signal by reference-signal cosine component, integration and shaping of β signal, squaring of reference-signal cosine component, integration and generation of β* signal, integration of reference-signal cosine component, and generation of γ* signal; in the process signal being measured is additionally multiplied by reference-signal cosine component, α signal is integrated and shaped, reference-signal cosine component is squared and integrated, α* signal is integrated and shaped, reference-signal cosine component is integrated and γ** signal is shaped, sine and cosine components of reference signal are multiplied, γ signal is integrated and shaped, and then harmonic-signal dc component is calculated basing on results of integrating eight signals α, α*, β, β*, γ, γ*, γ**, ρ.

EFFECT: reduced measurement time without systematic error at a priori unknown phase shift and amplitude of harmonic signal being measured.
