SUBSTANCE: proposed random binary train generator characterized in enhanced frequency of output pulses and operating stability in environment of external impacts and noise has group 10 of N (N ≥ 2) non-intercoupled periodic impulse-signal generators 12. Control signal source 14 has periodic-signal generator 16 and frequency divider 18. Random pulse train generating unit 20 has multiplexer 22 with direct and inverted inputs, counter 24, and register 30.

EFFECT: reduced number and minimized amount of feedback circuits with generator assembled on single chip.
