FIELD: mining, particularly underground mining of uranium ore.
SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling haulage drifts, air drifts in haulage and air horizons; forming ore chutes, air-service and product rises in each sublevel so that ore chutes and the rises extend for the full sublevel height; excavating development workings so that width of pillar between development working of one sublevel and ore chute of another sublevel provides mine stability. Haulage and air drifts are arranged as close to each other as possible in stope center and pillar is left between the drifts. Pillar width is calculated from mathematical expression. Ore is excavated in horizontal layers along with hardening filler usage. Ore chutes, air-service and product risers may be formed by cutter-loaders so that the chutes and rises extend for the full sublevel height in each sublevel. Product rises in air and haulage horizons are communicated with excavations in which product store vessel is arranged. The product store vessel provides daily material demands of haulage stope.
EFFECT: increased ore excavation rate.
