FIELD: hydraulic machine building; positive displacement pumps.

SUBSTANCE: in proposed positive displacement pump ring groove in housing is made in form of two different diameter sections in which section of larger diameter is arranged from side of guide rod and is connected smaller diameter section of groove on inner end face step arranged from side of working chamber. Rings groove of housing communicates with pressure duct in zone of larger diameter groove section. Pressure valve-rod seal is arranged in zone of section of smaller diameter groove with lowered down location of outer surface of end face on inner end face bead of rigid frame of said seal relative to surface of inner end face step of housing ring groove, at is provided with flat lobe in contact through side surface with surfaces of inner end face bead of rigid frame of pressure valve-rod and inner end face step of ring groove of housing at normalized initial pressing by changing degree of flexible deformation of plane of location of lobe using adjusting shims installed between lobe and guide of rod. Outer cylindrical surface of side wall of piston ring groove located from side of ring groove of housing and inner cylindrical surface of ring frame of suction valve-piston seal are made in form of relatively conforming type-sizes of threaded surfaces. Adjusting shims are fitted between end face surfaces of elastomer sealing member and outer end face bead of suction valve-piston seal pointed to each other.

EFFECT: provision of normalized and stabilized delivery, increased volumetric efficiency, provision of reliable operation and convenience in assembling of pump.
