FIELD: sports and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pendulums, each made in the form of U-shaped frame. Free ends of frames are movably fixed on horizontal cross-piece of frame equipped with vertical columns so as to define pendulum axis of rotation. Feet rests are movably fixed on horizontal strip of U-shaped frames. Pendulums are secured on horizontal cross-pieces so as to change distance between axes of rotation and fixing angle between vertical column and free end of U-shaped frame.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing active influence upon upper and lower limbs and shoulder joints.
