FIELD: mechanical engineering; machines operating with trailing devices.
SUBSTANCE: proposed draw gear of scraper includes tractor with frame, mounted bucket connected by arch-gooseneck through ball joint with scraper front axle, draw bar connected with beam by longitudinal joint, beam, in its turn, is connected with tractor frame by support movable in longitudinal plane, traction booster hydraulic cylinder secured at sides of arch-gooseneck which are connected by flexible tie with lever rigidly secured on front axle of scraper, towing tie-rod installed horizontally between frame of tractor and beam at height "H" over ground equal to height of center of ball joint. Support movable in longitudinal plane is made in form of ball support arranged in longitudinal guide of frame and coupling beam with frame. Device has additional towing tie-rod, towing tie-rod being arranged at both sides from beam, and each tie-rod is made in from of flexible working members enclosed in housing and installed for interaction with movable rod dividing housing into rod and rodless spaces. Rigidly of flexible working member arranged in rod space of housing exceeds rigidity of working member arranged in rodless space. Towing tie-rod is coupled with frame and beam by twin hinge joints.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased service life of tyres of scraper front axle.
