FIELD: production of concentrated soup.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes formula component preparation, namely cutting of carrot, onion, and celery root followed by roasting thereof in vegetable oil; potatoes cutting and blanching; fresh white cabbage shredding and freezing; cutting of beef tongue and parsley green; garlic pulping. Above mentioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with dry red wine, table salt, black pepper, coriander, and bay leave. Obtained mixture and bone broth are pre-packed in specific component ratio.

EFFECT: target product with increased nutrient value.
